Make handles all incoming messages. We will share Make scenarios for this and assist with the setup.
You can also send messages via Make and we have a few ways of making outbound sends cheaper with serverless functions in our training library

Are there any bugs/issues?
This is an SMS only solution. You cannot swap out voice providers.
RBSoft setup is no longer a service we offer. You can hire a PHP developer to deploy it for you.
Missed call text-back only works if you have a twilio voice connection on the account. You can review API documentation to see if voice calls can trigger webhooks and then have those send SMS.

What happens if I cancel?
Our CuratedSMS, CuratedConnector and CuratedAdmin series of "low-code" apps will maintain their connection but may disconnect due to API outages. We assist any customers needing to re-connect if that happens. If you cancel, you won't be able to add new connections to CuratedSMS, CuratedAdmin, or CuratedConnector until you re-subscribe or purchase individual licenses. We offer single apps in the marketplace may have separate subscriptions and terms from our agency Curated Apps subscription, so review those T&C carefully.
I only need "X" connections. Can I Just subscribe for a month, and then cancel?
Yes! You be the judge of how many connections you need. We have plenty of people hop on/off as they need it.
Who is the subscription for?
Our subscription is primarily for agencies wanting to sell "Automations as a Service" where you manage clients inside your Zapier/Make/Pabbly account or help install the app in their account. This is a great upsell opportunity to offer premium apps/integrations for your upper tier plans. We do not offer any refunds for our digital content or subscriptions. Contact Support to manage your subscription.
***RBSoft server setup "done-for-you" requires a cell phone. The server costs, cell phone service subscription costs, and Make subscriptions are not included. Bulk sending is strongly discouraged and will likely lead to bans on carriers of the device and the sim card. We do not support nor condone spam of any kind. We will refuse service to anyone who informs us that their business involves any restricted category covered in SHAFT and other USA telecom laws.
