What happens if I cancel?
We do not disable any existing connections or automations. Ever. Your automations will always work. You can pay for individual connections or resubscribe later on.
I only need "X" connections. Can I Just subscribe for a month, and then cancel?
Yes. However: frequent unsubscribes/cancellations affect our Stripe account. Let us know if this is your intent so we can provide some alternative options and we will gladly assist you!
Who is the subscription for?
Our subscription is primarily for agencies wanting to sell "Automations as a Service" where you manage clients inside your Zapier/Make account or help install the app in their account. This is a great upsell opportunity to offer premium apps/integrations for your upper tier plans. When you pay, you will receive an email inviting you to the apps. You must sign in to your CRMs administrative login page on the default domain name. It will not install your app if you are only logged in your CRM's additional/extra domain name options that you might have configured. You must login to our apps with the email address we have on file for you. If you are assisting a customer with installation in their accounts we strongly recommend that you request their Zapier/Make passwords and then an agency/CRM administrator can help install the apps on their behalf.
If you are receiving any specific error codes or bugs you need to report then please contact us here: www.curatedconnector.com/support. Please note that we layer on your CRMs API, so if there are issues with the CRM API then, we will submit a developer support ticket and keep you informed.
